We offer the option of Express Service where orders are processed on priority basis. Different charges apply to different provinces. You will be contacted if the shipping surcharge applies for the remote area and for over-sized items. The estimated shipping time is on-time guaranteed or your Express shipping money back. If the item(s) that you purchased happened to be out of stock, we will contact you. Order may take up to 24 hours to be processed . However, order placed before 2 PM EST may be shipped out on the same business day. We do not process orders on the weekends or on any public holidays.
Shipping of Over-sized Items
The over-sized items are Mattresses, Changing pads, Playmats, High Chairs, Furniture and any product stated as "over-sized item" on the product's page. The over-sized items does not qualify for free shipping. Shipping charge applies for different locations. We can only ship this product to 10 Canadian provinces. Please see the product’s page for the charges. Shipping surcharge applies for the remote area. Over-sized items cannot be shipped to address with P.O.Box.
Shipping to remote area
There is a shipping surcharge for an order with shipping address located in the remote area in Canada. Once the order has been placed, our Customer Service Representative will contact you.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter a correct shipping address. If the parcel is sent back to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the returned shipping charge starting from $14.95 + taxes will be applied. Additional shipping surcharge applies for the remote area, express service, and for over-sized items.
Unclaimed parcel/ Refused acceptance
For any reason, if the parcel has been unclaimed or refused by the customer and has been shipped back to us, the returned shipping charge starting from $14.95 + taxes will be applied. Additional shipping surcharge applies for the remote area and for over-sized items. Express Service and other shipping fee already paid will not be refunded.
Shipping two or more orders together
If you have placed two or more orders with the same shipping address around the same time, all the orders may be shipped together in the same parcel for convenience and cost saving.
We currently only ship to United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas). Free shipping for United States on order of $100 or more. There is a shipping fee of $9.95 for order under $100. Any duties to be paid by the receiver. Surcharge may applies depending on the location, product size and size of the order. We will contact you if there is any surcharge.
We do not offer price adjustments on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week Sale or any other promotional events. Price adjustments also do not apply to sale/discounted or final-sale items. For other price adjustments (outside promotional events), there is a 14 day period from the day of purchase.
* Returns (Terms & Conditions)
• All returnable merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, original condition and in original packaging.
• Due to hygienic and safety reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on car seats, compression belly wraps, compression leggings, compression tanks, corset (all items from Belly Bandit and Bella Band), mattresses (all sizes), rugs, bottles & any feeding accessories, diapers & training pants, diaper pails & liners, nursing pads, nursing covers, nursing pillows, nursing tanks, nursing bras, any nursing-related items, teethers, pacifiers, undergarments, bath and baby care items (including soaps, shampoos, baby oils, body lotions, hair detangler and hair brushes). Clothing items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must be attached. Kindly contact our customer service at email@example.com in case you are not sure if a product is returnable.
• No returns or exchanges on used or washed items, personalized, custom-made, pre-ordered and special order items.
• Return Fee: $12.95 + taxes (Ontario & Quebec) / $14.95 + taxes (Rest of the Provinces in Canada). Additional charge for remote area and over-sized item. This fee includes the postage.
• Additional charge applies for returning or exchanging over-sized items that are qualified for returns or exchanges. Kindly contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
• For any return on bundles or sets, all the items included should be returned in unused, original condition and in original packaging.
• Shipping charge is non-refundable.
• An order that is eligible for return/exchange is allowed one return/exchange through Canada Post service.
• BabyJoy.ca is not responsible for any returned items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment.
• Inspection will be done once we received the returned item(s). If the item is in unused, original condition and in original packaging, we issue a refund within 2 to 5 business days. Restocking fees will be applied if the returned item is not in its original condition or not in sellable condition. Restocking fees of up to 50% will be deducted from the refund amount.
• An order cannot be cancelled after it is shipped out. The return charge of $14.95 + tax will be applied when the return is made.
• For any return on International order outside Canada, Customer will need to ship back the items at their own expense.
• Policy is subject to change without prior notice.
Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a complaint with a product, try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
To return the merchandise
1) Email us at email@example.com or by submitting your request through the Contact Us page. Email us your Full Name, Order Number, Product(s) you are returning with quantities, Reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or plan to place a new order.
2) All returns require prior approval. Once approved, we will email you the instruction for return as well as the prepaid Canada Post shipping label.
I received the wrong or defective product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong or defective product, please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. We will make arrangement so that you receive the correct product ordered. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 416.291.1569.

The right to cancel any order
We reserved the right to cancel any order for any reason. The possible reasons include, but not limited to, the following: Incorrect pricing, product technical error, potential fraudulent order, non-payment and other similar issues.
