Fabiana I need it to prevent thigh chafing & to shape better my little B belly (it barely shows, but I do not like it, lol) I am about 5"6 around 184lbs and 5 months I order a size L. Don't have to struggle to pull up or down, it's very soft. It's not tight, just fits good. The shipping was super fast. Over all, I am happy with my product. Hope my review helps.

Joanie I love to wear dresses but I find it hard on my back because my belly has no support. This Belly Bandit product provides the support I need, as well to no visible bulges in tighter outfits. I ordered a SMALL and was surprised to see how tiny it was. Looked like it was made for my 3-yr-old! But be assured, it does fit!
