Ordered lilliebaby online, ordering process was quick and easy. Order arrived on time and fairly quickly. Product is beautiful and exactly as described. Actual carrier is excellent quality with a clear easy to follow instruction book. Baby and I are very happy with our purchase. Carrier adjusts easily to fit either myself or husband and has a little loop on support straps so there aren't long dragging ends when it's fitted tightly.

Easy to use alone. I only try the fetal and infant position, but so far, I'm loving it!
